Art Amador CFP® is our President & COO, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the investment management industry. He spent 8 years serving as a Vice President at Fidelity Investments, where he was responsible for over $1.5 billion in assets. In 2012, Art was recognised as Fidelity’s #1 consultant in the U.S. He holds the professional designation of Certified Financial Planner, an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and a BS in Financial Services from San Diego State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and #1 in his major.
Chris Natividad is our Chief Investment Officer, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the institutional investment management industry. Chris was an Investment Portfolio Manager for Gilead Sciences and Apple Inc.’s Braeburn Capital. He was responsible for managing a $30 billion dollar onshore and offshore investment portfolio. Chris’ previous experience also includes investment management and analysis across a variety of asset classes for several financial service firms including Goldman Sachs, and Franklin Templeton. He holds an MBA, BS, and BA from UC Berkeley.
Subhra Tripathy is Chief Executive Officer, bringing two decades of experience in asset management, overseeing more than $100 billion. Based in London, he was Head of Portfolio Construction at NatWest Markets (RBS,) overseeing investments in public equity, PE, hedge fund, and quantitative strategies. Subhra holds a BS from NIT, an MS from the Indian Institute of Science, an MBA, and has completed doctoral coursework in Finance at the University of London.
Marc Zieger is EVP of Investment Solutions. Marc has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, having previously worked in asset management, investment banking, and co-founded the index provider Scientific Beta in North America that was sold for $250m to SGX. Marc has an MBA from Rice University and a Diploma-Kaufmann degree from the University of Tübingen.
Chida Khatua is our Founder & Chairman, bringing more than 20 years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. He spent 18 years serving as the Director of Engineering at Intel and as the founder of a successful startup called Bumperglass. Chida holds several patents in hardware, software, and technology. He was honored by Business Insider as one of the “Top 10 People Transforming Investing,” and as one of the “Top 100 People Transforming Business.” He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, a Masters from Stanford in Electrical Engineering, as well as an MS from the Indian Institute of Science.
Sam Olesky is the founder and Managing Member of Olesky Capital Management LLC, an independent investment advisory firm that conducts principal investing and trading. Sam is also serving as a Professor at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley teaching classes in Hedge Funds, Investment Strategies, and Portfolio Management. From 1998 through 2010, Sam managed the Olesky Capital hedge fund. Prior to founding Olesky Capital in 1998, Sam served as the First Vice President at TD Ameritrade. Sam holds a BS in Economics and Computer Science from New York University.
Matt Hougan is the Chief Investment Officer at Bitwise Asset Management and a pioneer in digital and exchange-traded assets. Previously, he was CEO at Inside ETFs, Managing Director of Global Finance at Informa, and before that, CEO of ETF.com. Matt co-authored the CFA Institute’s monograph on ETFs.
Moe Khosravy brings 20 years of experience in products and platforms differentiated by data and applied machine learning. He is currently EVP of Software at Moody’s RMS, the world’s leading Risk Platform with advanced models and analytics. Most recently, Moe was VP of Software at HP Inc., supporting hundreds of millions of connected devices and clients including platforms for big data, computer vision, and applied ML for the 2D and 3D printing businesses. Prior to HP, Moe was Head of Applications and SDKs at Intel, focused on building experiences differentiated by AI, NLP, and rich sensor technologies.
Moe also brings experience from VMware as VP of Mobile and Cloud Data, from Microsoft with leadership roles across Cloud, Search, Windows, Server and Tools, and from Vital Images as an Architect in the advanced technologies group focused on CT/MR software solutions. Moe has over 90 software patents pending or granted in the realm of distributed systems, AI, vision, and data platforms. He is an advisor for MIT’s flagship startup accelerator. Moe received his MBA from MIT and studied neuroscience/ computer science at the University of Minnesota.
Nilesh has over 25 years of executive management and board experience with high-growth venture-backed start-ups as well as public companies in the technology and financial services industries. He is currently Chairman of the Board at Despegar (NYSE: DESP) and has also served as an independent director on the Boards of QIWI, GetGoing and Netshoes. Before serving in board/advisory roles, Nilesh was the CFO of oDesk, the world’s largest online freelancer marketplace from 2010 to 2012 (currently operating as Upwork – Nasdaq: UPWK). Before that, he was the CFO of Yandex N.V. (Nasdaq: YNDX) from 2007 to 2010, where he guided the company to a successful $8.5B IPO. Nilesh was also the CFO of CTC Media, which he led to a successful Nasdaq listing in 2006. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Global Operations at Electronic Arts. Nilesh served as Senior Vice President with Transamerica Corporation from 1991 to 1997, and worked with GE Capital from 1984 to 1991.
